Customer Services

Our Information Desk is located on Ground Level at the main entrance.

Between Monday to Friday, during the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm, all customer service enquiries should be directed to Centre Management on Level 1.

Services available:

• Lost Property is held at Centre Management for 3 months and if not claimed is forwarded to the Salvation Army
• Public transport information and bus timetables can be obtained from the transport infoline on 131500 or their website www.131500.com.au

Parent's Room/Mother's Room Facilities

Parent's Rooms contain a baby change table, and nappy disposal bins and are located on:

• Ground Level in the entry foyer
• Level 1 near the Centre Management Office

Parking

Homemaker Megamall Auburn has 3 levels of free and easy parking consisting of 683 car spaces, 488 of which are undercover and easily accessible
from our Parramatta Road or Short Street entrances.

Disabled parking is available on all levels.
